The Future is Calling…

Are you going to answer?  Are you tempted to pull the covers over your head and just not face reality?  I get it.  Retail is tough.  It was never easy but there is more change going on then we can handle sometimes.  I just cleaned out my files and it was sad how many companies are out of business.  But, everybody has their day in the sun and there are some new, exciting changes on the horizon.  Even for me!

While online shopping will continue to grow, 40% of customers are making purchases inside of physical stores.  Turns out Generation Z likes shopping.  So that is good news for retailers who are changing with the times

While the POP (Point of Purchase) displays have long been an essential marketing tool for brick and mortar stores, consumers want fresh new experiences and the right POP display can provide that.  You will see robots, interactive kiosks, talking shelves and all sorts of cool technology in the stores.  Smart retailers are creating a new experience in their stores and I want to help them.

I got in to the POP/Display industry, accidentally,  a few years ago via placing a cosmetics executive for a retail solutions company and it has been really fun to combine my recruiting knowledge of visual merchandising, selling and marketing.

Interactive, fresh POP displays will remain an effective way to drive sales but NOW customers can get a tase of what they’re buying before they part with their hard earned money.

Retail Top Talent is proud to introduce a new division called POP Top Talent where we place Project Managers, Account Managers, Sales Executives, National Sales Directors and VP’s  in the Point of Purchase industry.  We will still continue to do Retail especially in E commerce, Marketing, Merchandising, HR and Visual Merchandising including Branding and Store environment but this is a new path.

The Future is calling and I am going to answer.
